[SEATTLE, WA], [DECEMBER 1ST, 2023] – Reverend Harriett Walden, a revered figure in community empowerment and social justice, is thrilled to announce the launch of her latest initiative aimed at community healing.

The Virtues Healing Reflection Cards, represent Rev. Walden's commitment to creating lasting impact by channeling her words and spiritual life experiences while encouraging users to make their own connection to healing by using a "virtue" to reflect. The cards are the culmination of her decades of experience as a Master Virtues Facilitator, her passion for social justice, and her deep spiritual upbringing and metaphysical connections.   

These cards and tools like them are timely and needed as now more than ever in Seattle.  Healing is needed in our community as our city just broke a record in homicides and violence especially amongst young people.  For every perpetrator of violence, there is a Mother, Father, Child and/or extended family that is added to the rolls of victims.  For these people, their life will never be the same and the road to healing will be long.  So while our community needs all hands and methods available to deal with the underlying issues that are causing violence and death, there needs to be a path to healing for those that have already been impacted. 

Key Features of The Virtues Healing Reflections Card: 

This set of 35 full Virtues Healing Reflection cards contains Rev. Walden's interpretation of the virtue and what it has come to mean to her.  Users are able to use that as an inception in their daily reflection. Also, each card contains an affirmation to assist in tapping into the conscious and unconscious mind to motivate, challenge, and/or assist in healing.  In addition to the physical cards that Rev. Walden will be distributing free to the Seattle Community, each card will also be linked to a video where users can watch and hear as Rev. Walden describes the virtue in her own words.  The audio of these videos will also be made available on all streaming platforms such as Soundcloud. 

Over the years many in the Seattle community and beyond have come to rely on Rev. Walden's calming and healing voice when they are experiencing difficult times in life.  Many nights Rev. Walden has found herself talking to individuals who just want to hear her voice.  This is truly an example where the "Messenger" is just as, or more important, than the message.  Through a contract with the City of Seattle's HSD, Rev. Walden's voice and message, which has been a gift to her community, will be preserved for perpetuity and have the ability to scale beyond the community healing circles that she routinely holds.

• An affirmation
• A link to the Video of Rev. Walden describing the Virtue
• A link to the Audio of Rev. Walden describing the Virtue  

Rev. Walden commented, "I am excited to introduce my version of these Virtues Healing Reflection Cards, a tool designed to inspire and guide individuals on their journey towards healing and positive change.  As just a country girl, it's amazing that people from around the world, as well as right here in Seattle, will be able to experience the virtues as I have for the past 30 years!"

The launch event for Virtues Healing Reflection Cards took place on December 20th - 6 PM at the Liberty Bank Building and Rev. Walden is now in the process of hosting additional healing circles and distributing cards to the community thru the end of 2024.
